• Ensure production targets are
• Ensure compliance with Industry best practice codes & regulatory standards
• Organization and Workplan Management
• Staff Administration
• Medical Administration to the birds
• Good record keeping
• Supervision of the farm equipment
• Maintain farm environment in good condition
• Raising pullets from day

• Must be knowledgeable about Layer and Pullet Poultry Production with proof of relevant work experience
